Ryan Magruder is a Retail Mortgage Market Manager NMLS# 418920 for PrimeLending.  In his role, Ryan is responsible for the strategic direction of his market, including all aspects of sales, quality, profitability, risk, customer experience, and team member development.  He is dedicated to building the best mortgage production team in the industry by focusing on business development activities to help you grow your business and individualized attention for those looking to advance their careers in management.

Ryan has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and leads from his own personal experiences.  He has succeeded in several roles during his tenure including, top producing loan officer, sales supervisor, regional sales manager and currently holds the position of Retail Mortgage Market Manager, overseeing the Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri markets.

Ryan has a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Knox College in Galesburg, IL and later obtained his master degree in business administration from Olivet University.  He currently serves on several board of directors and is actively involved in many industry trade organizations.  Ryan resides in Bourbonnais, IL, a south suburb of Chicago, with his lovely wife Abby and two daughters, Gianna and Emma.  In his free time, he enjoys working out, golfing and coaching his daughter’s softball team.
